Sneakers, joggers, or running shoes. Any shoes with a grippy, textured rubber sole will usually work well. Shoes like Crocs, or Uggs are not recommended.
For your safety, participants wearing inadequate footwear such as sandals, fashion boots, or heels will not be allowed to participate.
We ask that shoes be reasonably clean – no muddy shoes on the ice, please!
Athletic pants. Anything that you can do a lunge in.
Jeans are discouraged unless they have some stretch to them.
Warm clothes like hats and gloves.
Layers are recommended. You’ll be on ice, so it’s cold. But many people warm up after sweeping a few stones.
