Description

If you’ve taken one of our Learn-to-Curl sessions (recommended, but not required), this two-week lesson series will get you prepared for league play. Lessons will take place at Solar4America San Jose on March 13 and 20 (Tuesday nights). Ice time is 9:15-11:30 pm. Areas of emphasis will include:

• balance
• alignment
• release
• sweeping
• judging weight
• intro to strategy
