Description

If you’ve taken one of our Learn-to-Curl sessions (recommended, but not required), this three-week lesson series will get you prepared for league play. Lessons will take place at Solar4America Fremont on June 9, 16, and 23 (Sunday afternoons).

Lessons include both off-ice discussion and on-ice skills development.

Off-ice discussion starts at 4 pm, with the on-ice work running 4:30-7:00 pm. Areas of emphasis will include:

• balance
• alignment
• release
• sweeping
• judging weight
• intro to strategy
